Christopher Gaze is a British actor (born in Surrey). He spent ten years in boarding school before training as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre school. He moved to Canada in 1975 and spent three seasons at the Shaw Festival in Niagra-On-The-Lake. During his 28-year professional acting career, he has performed in virtually every major centre across Canada, as well as in England and the USA and founded Bard on the Beach (an annual Shakespeare festival) in 1990.
His roles in the Barbie movies include King Wilhelm (Rapunzel), King Randolph (12 Dancing Princesses), Sagi (Island Princess) and, of course, Major Mint (Nutcracker).
His other voiceover works include the Bionicle movies and Beast Wars.
He also appeared in Cool Runnings and Smallville.
